DECISIONS ON PAPERS HAVE BEEN MADE
Instructions for submitting the final version of the paper are here.
Regardless of the form of the presentation at the conference, the papers will be published in the length of the original submission, that is as a full papers (12 pages), or short paper (6 pages). Thus, some of the full papers will be presented as posters. This will have no effect on the status or length of the paper itself. (This is done in the same way as in ACM ICMI conferences.)
Please note that at least one author should register for the conference by the final manuscript deadline of 16.4.12, in order to have your paper included in the proceedings.
Submission system has been opened. Please use Springer Online Conference Service for your submissions. (Click Register/Login!)
The proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. The submissions must follow Springer LNCS guidelines and the maximum limits for each category:
LaTeX: package and example input file
Microsoft Word: 2003 and 2007 (and newer)
There is no need to make the paper anonymous. (Reviewers will see the author names, but authors will not see who reviewed the paper.)
Instructions for conference specific information to include in the source files may be given when final versions of the accepted papers are requested. The review round will be completed using pdf files only.
EuroHaptics 2012 will provide researchers from academia and industry with an opportunity to present ideas, obtain feedback and establish contacts with other haptics researchers from around the world. Haptic hardware and software developers will also be provided with the opportunity to get familiar with the latest research, as well as to demonstrate their products to a wider audience, and discuss specific requirements first hand with existing and potential customers.
