Poster presentations
  • Presenters will stand next to their posters in these sessions
  • Presentation in the session of Friday is optional
  • All posters will remain on display throughout the conference.
PRESENTING YOUR POSTER
  • There will be two rounds of presentations.
  • The presenters in the first round will stand next to their poster on both presentation sessions scheduled on Wednesday, 13th of June (presentation sessions 1 and 2).
  • The presenters in the second round are expected to stand next to their poster on both presentation sessions scheduled on Thursday, 14th of June (presentation sessions 3 and 4).
  • Please, find out in which of the rounds your poster should be presented by looking it up in the attached document “PosterSessionsScheduling.pdf”.
  • In the presentation session on Friday, 15th of June, (presentation session 5), standing next to your poster to present it is optional.
PREPARING YOUR POSTER
  • A board installed on a frame will be available for each poster at the poster exhibition area. The size of the board will be approximately 100 x 125 cm (WxH). That is approximately 39,4” x 49,2”.
  • The poster should follow the International Standards Organization (ISO) size A0. The dimensions for A0 format are 84cm x 119cm, or approximately 33" x 47". The orientation of the poster should be portrait.
SETTING UP YOUR POSTER
  • Authors must put up their poster for display on the board at the latest before the first poster presentation session (Wednesday 13th of June, 9:45a.m.)
  • All posters will be on display throughout the whole conference
  • If necessary, the organizers will provide material to fix the posters to the boards.
PUTTING DOWN YOUR POSTER
  • All posters should be put down at the latest as soon as the closing session ends.
  • We will not be able to send your poster back to you if you leave it on the board after the conference; so please remember to take it with you if you want to keep it!
